Damages and Issues

  1. Please inspect your parcel once it is arrived.
  2. Please send an email on ridzgifts@gmail.com in case you receive any damaged item or you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  3.   To verify the same we need the proofs such as in the form of live video recorded by the end-user. The video needs to be shared with us within 24 hours from the time of delivery
