Refund Policy

At Ridz Handmade Gifts, we take great pride in creating high-quality handmade greeting cards and gifts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


As our products are handmade, each item is unique, and we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we handle them as follows:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.  We are not responsible for any damage which happens during transit.

Incorrect Orders: If we made an error in processing your order (e.g., sending the wrong product), we will gladly offer a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect item.



If you believe you are eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Proof of Return: Please record a continuous video of parcel opening. We won't entertain any edited video
  2. Contact Us: Email us at ridzgifts@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9168792580 with your order number, a description of the issue, and the opening video
  3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Orders may be canceled within 8 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations cannot be processed due to the handcrafted nature of our products. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at ridzgifts@gmail.com and WhatsApp us at +91 9168792580 with your order number. Once we approve your cancellation, we will refund you the amount to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

We reserve the right to update or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Please review this policy periodically to stay informed about our practices.
