Shipping Policy

At Ridz Handmade Gifts, we are committed to ensuring that your handmade greeting cards and gifts arrive in a timely and safe manner. Please read our shipping policy below for detailed information about our shipping process, delivery times, and any fees that may apply.


  • All orders are processed and shipped within 15-20 business days after payment has been confirmed. Some orders may be shipped earlier. Once the order is confirmed, we will notify you by WhatsApp and email, the approximate date when the order will be shipped 
  • As our products are handmade, please allow for additional processing time for larger orders or custom pieces. If there are any delays or special circumstances that may affect your order, we will notify you via email.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • We offer various shipping methods to ensure that your order reaches you in the most efficient and secure way possible. Shipping options include:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 business days.
    • International Shipping: Available for select countries. Estimated delivery time of3 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination. For International Shipping, we calculate the shipping cost based on the country. Please contact us for the same.
  • Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing.
  • We will notify the tracking number by mail, WhatsApp and update the link in the conversation tab of the order. 

We have standard shipping rates

  • Standard Shipping (by Private Courier / Indian Post): Rs. 100
  • International Shipping: Depends on the Country

We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 5000 within India. This offer may be subject to change and is only applicable to eligible orders. Free shipping does not apply to international shipping.

  • We currently offer international shipping to all the major countries. Please check with our team before placing an order.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
  • Delivery times for international orders can vary and are subject to customs processing in the destination country. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international shipments.

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. You can track your order via the tracking link
  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, high shipping volumes (especially during the holiday season), or issues with our shipping carriers. We will make every effort to inform you of any delays, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
  • If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as a lost package or damage during transit, please contact us on ridzgifts@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 9168792580 within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
    • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
    • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we suggest checking with your local postal service or courier for more information. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact us for assistance.

All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. We use secure materials to pack your items, keeping in mind the safety of your purchases during transit.

We reserve the right to update or amend this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will apply to all future orders placed after the update date.
